Ticket refund / sell your ticket

The event is postponed until 10-12 Sept 2021. We encourage you to resell you ticket to someone else, as the tickets are personal you need to inform us to whom you sold your ticket to. If you won’t be able to join us and resell your tickets you are eligible for a full refund. 

Reselling your ticket

When you resell your ticket, please first try to use ticketswap.com. We encourage you to use this method as this is the safest way to transfer a ticket to another person. It will keep track of the ticket barcode and attached name.

Of course you can also sell your ticket yourself, but it requires us to know the name of the person you sold your ticket to. When you sold your ticket to another person without using ticketswap, please provide us with your name, the name of the person you sold it to and the ticket type by sending us a mail to:

Refund procedure

Download the refund application form here and complete it.

  • Provide a copy of your ID (for security hide your expiration date)
  • Provide your bank account 
  • Use the email address you originally purchased the ticket from (the email you used on the TIBBAA ticketing website)
  • No need to fill in ‘Motivation’

IMPORTANT People who bought their tickets from another person, please provide the name of the person you bought the ticket from in the ‘motivation’ section.

Please note that your refund request can take 3 – 4 weeks to process.
